This wonderful patient wanted her nose to be smaller, straighter and thinner. She is shown here several months out from her rhinoplasty. I have also included the simulated imaged that we created for her at her consultation. While these simulations are not perfect, they are a helpful adjunct for setting the aesthetic goals for the patient. Her healed nose post-rhinoplasty looks very close to our pre-procedure profile simulation. She is very happy with the outcome and we are too!
