This amazing patient, a teacher, felt her nose was crooked and out of balance with her face. She also could not breathe through the nose. We performed a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. She is shown 1 year out from surgery and she feels her nose is much more balanced to her features. She can breathe better than ever! She is very happy with the result.

Also included is the rhinoplasty simulation that we did for this patient before surgery. These simulations are not perfect, but can be a close approximation of the result. These are very helpful for discussion around what is possible with rhinoplasty.
