Seamless Lower Eye

This wonderful patient was bothered by her under-eye area. She felt it made her look tired. She was seen for filler but it was felt this would not provide the improvement she was looking for. She underwent a transconjunctival lower lid fat transposition blepharoplasty with some skin laser to improve the area. Her lower eyelids are much smoother and look significantly less tired. She looks great!
