Jordan P. Sand, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Jordan P. Sand, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the Director of Sand Plastic Surgery of Spokane. He is both fellowship-trained in facial plastic surgery and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is the recipient of the Jack R. Anderson Prize for Scholastic Excellence from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This prize is awarded annually to the U.S. or Canadian surgeon who achieves the highest combined score on the written and oral portions of the ABFPRS examination administered in Washington, D.C.

Barbara G. Sand, M.C.H.S., PA-C

Barbara is a physician assistant with a variety of experience in the medical field, ranging from orthopedics to cardiovascular surgery. She found her niche in aesthetics several years ago and has thoroughly enjoyed developing long-term relationships with her clients. Samantha Delacruz, R.N.

Samantha is our Nurse Manager for the Sixth Avenue Surgery Center. Samantha previously spent 10 years as an RN and Surgery Manager for an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center where she fell in love with all aspects of surgical patient care.

Kalin Spencer, R.N.

Kalin has been part of the Sand Plastic Surgery team since April 2021. Kalin has worked as a nurse in different inpatient settings before taking a leave of absence to raise her 3 beautiful children. After her family moved to Spokane, she desired getting back to work and found a love for plastic surgery and

Katya graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University, with honors. She began her nursing career working as a nurse tech in cardiac telemetry, orthopedics, trauma, and the pediatric emergency department. Jenna joined the Sand Plastic Surgery team in 2023 as our Medical Assistant. She began her career in the medical field in 2018 working with family practice and obstetrics. Kelli Hughes

Kelli has been with Sand Plastic Surgery of Spokane since the beginning! She originally began working with Columbia Surgical Specialists in 2017 and within the year joined Dr. Sand’s team. She is the clinical and surgical coordinator for the practice and the smiling face that greets you at the front desk. Kelli is from just north of Spokane in Deer Park, WA. When Kelli is not at work she is most likely out in the mountains or spending time with her family and friends.

Amber Hess

Amber was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Communications. She began her career in video production where she produced television commercials and corporate videos for 11 years. She took a break to finish raising her children, and then eagerly joined the Sand Plastic Surgery team

Molly Frye

Molly is one of our team’s Patient Care Coordinators. She started working for Sand Plastic Surgery in 2023. She is the smiling face at the front desk, greeting patients and answering the phone. She also helps with our social media.

Tena Crandal

Tena is Sand Plastic Surgery’s billing expert. She joined Sand Plastic Surgery upon our opening in August 2022. Prior to joining our team, Tena has been a Certified Professional Coder for many years. Tena makes up the entirety of our billing department and ensures all insurance authorizations and payments run smoothly. Outside of work Tena
