Samantha Delacruz, R.N.

Samantha is our Nurse Manager for the Sixth Avenue Surgery Center. Samantha previously spent 10 years as an RN and Surgery Manager for an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center where she fell in love with all aspects of surgical patient care. She joined us in 2023 to manage our new surgery center and is thrilled to have the opportunity to walk with our patients through the entirety of their surgical process. Samantha is married with three kids and when not at work you will find her cheering from the sidelines of her kids sporting events or enjoying some of her favorite things: swimming, boating, pickleball, and patio dining.
