Facial Balancing with Hyaluronic Acid Fillers

When coming to Sand Plastic Surgery for your filler treatment, we always start with a consultation so we can figure out what bothers you the most and how we can tailor our treatment for you.

During your treatment, we have several different measures to keep you comfortable, including distraction, ice, and numbing techniques.

After your treatment, you can expect a little bit of swelling, some bruising, about 24 hours of downtime can be expected. Personally, I’m three days out from a filler treatment and you really would have no idea. So downtime can be very minimal. Extremely comfortable. It’s just a mild tenderness for the first 24 hours that Tylenol, ibuprofen, and ice normally cover very well for our patients.

What patients love about this treatment is it’s very low downtime, the results are very natural, and it just restores what aging has taken away over time. What I love about this treatment for patients is it’s an immediate result for them. It makes them look very natural. That’s not going to be something that makes them look unrecognizable, but no one can really put a finger on exactly what they have had done.
