This beautiful patient was bothered by her nasal profile. She felt like her nose was too strong. She tried to compensate with extra filler in her lips but felt that did not look quite right either

She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty. Following her surgery, she felt like her native lips were in better balance and she let her filler dissolve. She also felt that her nose highlighted her facial features much better. She was very happy and so are we!
