This stunning patient felt her nose was too long and large for her face. She wanted her nose smaller. We then deprojected the nose, thinned the bridge and removed some of the excessive nostril tissue.
Her results are amazing. Her nose balances beautifully to her face and looks natural. She was ecstatic and so are we!
