This beautiful patient did not like the harshness of her nose. She felt that the bridge was sharp and her tip was over-projected. She wanted her nose to be smaller and smoother.

During her nasal surgery I brought down the bridge, shortened the tip ever so slightly and smoothed the transition from the bridge to tip. Overall, the nose was smaller and better proportioned to her features. She was ecstatic with the result and looks fantastic.
