In the world of rhinoplasty, we have rigorously studied the nose and attempted to quantify beauty with angles, degrees, shapes, sizes, and lengths that are considered to be ideal. Every person’s facial anatomy is unique, however, which creates a challenge in the application of static numbers. This is where the art of surgery is applied and involves both surgical skill and patient preference.

This patient wanted her nose to be smaller and have more of a slope. She is shown 1 year out from her surgery. She could not be happier. Her nose is smaller, straighter and overall better balanced to her features. She can also breathe better than ever which is an added bonus. She looks great and we are so happy for her new look!
