Complex revision rhinoplasty.

This beautiful patient had a prior nasal surgery which left her with ‘horns’ on her tip. These are called nasal tip bossae, which come from improperly folded tip cartilages. She also had clearing in the tip which bothered her as well.

Following her revision rhinoplasty, she was floored with the result. Her tip was smooth, her profile enhanced and everything she hated about her nose was gone. She expressed that she was happy beyond words and that her confidence was restored. We are so happy for her!
