Kayla McCarger, RN

Kayla is a highly experienced registered nurse who joined our team in May of 2023—just before the grand opening of our new, state-of-the-art surgery center! With over 10 years of experience in outpatient surgical nursing, Kayla brings a calm confidence and genuine compassion to every procedure she’s a part of.

She’s passionate about making sure every patient feels supported, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout their surgical journey.

When she’s not in the OR, Kayla is soaking up time with her husband and their three young kiddos. They love exploring the outdoors—especially anywhere near water—and staying active together as a family. She’s also a big fan of cooking delicious meals and playing sports!
