What Happens During a Rhinoplasty or Nose Job Procedure?

During a rhinoplasty or nose job, small changes make a huge impact. Many patients want their nasal bridge brought down, the nose narrowed and the tip refined. This is accomplished through a variety of maneuvers to remove and reshape the bone and cartilage of the nose. While many of the procedures are similar, intraoperative judgement is needed to help know what changes to make.

This lovely patient wanted her bridge brought down and more tip definition. She also wanted her nose to be narrowed. These are some intra-operative photos that we often take and share with the patient to provide a preview of their result. She’s going to look great!
