The visit begins with a discussion of the patient’s goals and aesthetic priorities. We pinpoint areas of interest—whether around the eyes, forehead, mouth, jawline, or neck—and explore what each patient hopes to achieve.

Next, a thorough evaluation of facial anatomy and aging patterns takes place. Skin quality and the underlying structure are assessed to determine which surgical options will deliver the best, most natural-looking outcome.

During this conversation, I explain the various techniques and approaches available. In our practice, we offer the Sand Lift, an extended deep-plane facelift and neck lift tailored to each patient. For early signs of aging around the lower face and eyes, a mini lift may also be part of the plan.
